Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Jr. Support Associate for our Advanced Support team. The primary responsibility of the Jr. Support Associate is to provide general customer support and technical assistance for mobile app, website and digital platforms to Jersey Mike’s customers. Responds to inquiries, isolated problems, and determine and implements solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
The following duties are essential, but not exhaustive, and may be subject to change based on business needs:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to mobile app and website.
  • Provide customer support for non-technical related inquiries
  • Respond to queries over the phone.
  • Respond to email messages from customers seeking help.
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in a technical support or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn and support new and fast-changing technologies.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
