Dispatcher

Job Details:

· Work Environment: Hybrid/Home Based

RFNOW Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. This vital role supports our Field Operations Team by coordinating and scheduling customer appointments for installation and service of RFNOW products. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling logistics, customer communication, and ensuring efficient use of team resources based on location and availability.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding service both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers for installation and service calls.

· Maintain accurate schedules and tracking systems to ensure staff availability is optimized by location.

· Monitor and update customer readiness and crew/service availability lists.

· Create and update customer profiles and tickets in our internal systems (e.g., Skedulo and Powercode).

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries, follow-ups, and rescheduling needs.

· Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.

· Provide regular reporting on crew activities and scheduling performance.

· Continuously improve dispatching processes and contribute ideas for better system coordination.

· Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· 2–3 years of experience in a customer service, dispatch, or coordination role.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy office environment.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.

· Comfortable working with digital systems and customer databases (experience with Skedulo and Powercode is an asset).

· Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks throughout the day.
