Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking full-time RNs and LPNs to provide high-quality, resident-centered care and support our nursing team. This position offers professional growth, meaningful work, and a supportive environment.

Compensation

Up to $5,000 hire-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Pay Differentials

  • +$3/hour for 2:00 PM -- 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM -- 6:00 AM shifts
  • +$3/hour for Weekend Shifts
    • Nights: Friday & Saturday (10:00 PM -- 6:00 AM)
    • Days/Evenings: Saturday & Sunday (Sunday night not included)

What You'll Do

  • Provide and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents

  • Administer medications, treatments, and assessments according to care plans

  • Collaborate closely with CNAs, other nurses, and leadership to ensure excellent outcomes

  • Foster dignity, comfort, and independence for every resident

  • Mentor and support junior nursing staff, promoting a positive team culture

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards

Physical Requirements

  • Lift, push, and pull residents, equipment, and supplies (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly)

  • Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach above shoulders and below the waist

  • Remain active and on your feet for extended periods

  • See and hear well enough to perform assessments, medication administration, and care tasks

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN licensure in [State]

  • High personal integrity and professionalism

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
