As we rapidly expand our global Trust & Safety Team, we are looking for sharp, detail-oriented Content Moderation Analysts to join our Bengaluru office. This is a high-impact role focused on protecting brand reputation and maintaining internet safety. What Does a Content Moderation Analyst Do?You will deep-dive into digital submissions—ranging from text reviews and customer questions to images and video uploads—filtering out spam, policy violations, and inappropriate material.
Because we look after thousands of different brands, each client has a unique set of guidelines. Your job is to read, analyse, and apply specific codes to this content, ensuring it is safe, relevant, and helpful for everyday shoppers.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Moderate Content: Review and tag large quantities of user-generated content (UGC) based on custom client guidelines.
Protect Brand Safety: Quickly identify and filter out profanity, hate speech, inappropriate images, or legally sensitive data.
Adapt on the Fly: Seamlessly adjust to frequent guideline changes across different brands and industries.
Hit Your Benchmarks: Own your queue by consistently meeting both speed and quality targets to ensure a smooth user experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience moderating online UGC (whether for product reviews, social media platforms, or online community forums).
Sharp Eye for Detail: The capability to quickly read, assess, and categorise content accurately against strict criteria.
Feedback-Driven: A willingness to learn, adapt your performance, and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
Highly proficient with online messaging, web applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong professional English communication skills, including a solid grasp of colloquial language and cultural vernacular.
Immediate Availability: You must be able to start on 1st September 2026 (no exceptions).
Hybrid Schedule: Willingness to work from our beautiful Bengaluru office 3 days a week.
Flexibility: Open to working slightly shifted hours a couple of days a month (always given with plenty of prior notice).
