We are looking for customer support representatives to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. You will work with us at the intersection of banking and crypto to create banking experiences that will touch millions of people. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support through and through.
Responsibilities:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
Generate insights for the product team
Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product and Operation teams.
Requirements:
1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
Familiarity with Fintech is a plus.
Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, and other remote support tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathy and patience are a must.
Strong English writing and speaking skills.
