What You'll Get
- Full-time position
- 1st Shift Monday–Friday
- Can reach up to $18/hr in first year of employment, plus bonuses

What You'll Do
- Safely operate specialized equipment used to wash BK Filters.
- Load and unload filters while maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Inspect filters before and after washing to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or operational concerns.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production processes.
- Complete production records and required documentation.
- Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Standing and moving throughout the shift.
- Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
