Navarino Property Management | Full-Time

Navarino Property Management is seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to join our multifamily property team.

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, can troubleshoot independently, and understands the importance of keeping residents’ homes safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

What You’ll Do

• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building issues.
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and installations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively with residents and the property management team.
• Maintain accurate work-order and service records.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of multifamily, apartment, residential, or related maintenance experience preferred
• Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
• Apartment turn/make-ready experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of multiple maintenance trades
• Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently
• Dependable, professional, and service-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to safely perform physical maintenance duties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required by the property
