About the Role:
The People Operations Specialist is an essential member of our People Operations team, driving operational scale and efficiency while helping us maintain an excellent experience for all of our team members. This role ensures efficient onboarding and offboarding, HRIS configuration and administration, recruiting coordination and contributes to scaling our culture.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated to grow within the People Operations field You are ready to learn, resourceful, and eager to help build a scalable People function. We are looking for a team member who takes initiative to create solutions and can implement solutions in collaboration with others.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a welcoming, values-based remote onboarding experience, and drive continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding through thoughtful programming, documentation, and process enhancements (resources, playbooks, checklists, employee communications).
  • Provide systems administration and communication support across talent management cycles including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • Act as the team's HRIS expert, maintain and optimize systems, and ensure workflows function effectively.
  • Partner with Finance to confirm that pay, bonus, and deduction information are correct before each pay cycle.
  • Leverage AI to automate and scale administration of talent programs and practices.
  • Drive initiatives that foster team cohesion, belonging, and alignment with company values including administering recognition programs, managing All Hands meetings, annual company retreat, and team-building events, and contributing ideas to strengthen culture.
  • Keep required employment documents, forms, and policy records organized, current, and easy to retrieve.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, Rippling preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
