The Role

This is a sales and enrollment role focused exclusively on XRHealth’s DME and Products business. As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting leads, driving enrollments, and closing sign-ups for XRHealth’s DME and Products. You will guide patients through the DME enrollment process, including insurance and Medicare verification and required documentation, and will be measured primarily on lead-to-enrollment conversion and productivity.

This is a full-time, fully in-person position at our Needham, MA office. The role requires a 5-day workweek that includes weekend availability, and schedules may include Saturday and/or Sunday. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound and referred DME and Product leads into completed enrollments
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to patients to drive sign-ups
  • Clearly explain XRHealth’s DME products, eligibility requirements, enrollment process, and next steps
  • Overcome common objections related to insurance, technology use, or readiness
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, with a strong focus on Medicare
  • Collect and manage required DME enrollment documentation
  • Move patients efficiently through the enrollment funnel to activation
  • Accurately log all activity, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
  • Work closely with internal DME and Products teams to remove blockers and accelerate enrollment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in DME sales, healthcare sales, patient enrollment, or patient access
  • Proven ability to convert leads and close enrollments
  • Strong working knowledge of insurance and Medicare processes
  • Comfortable working in a phone-heavy, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong closing skills and objection-handling ability
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work full-time, fully in person at our Needham, MA office
  • Availability to work a 5-day schedule that includes weekend availability, including Saturday and/or Sunday as scheduled

What We Offer

  • Base salary plus performance-based commission or incentives
  • Clear performance metrics and growth opportunities
  • Steady flow of qualified DME and Product leads
  • Collaborative, in-person team environment
  • Opportunity to work with innovative, reimbursed healthcare technology
