Doubletree by Hilton is on the lookout for a fun, energetic Bartender who can turn every drink into an art form! Where you can make an impact:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with guest requests and standard recipes.
  • Provide prompt, friendly service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking beverages, cleaning glassware, and organizing supplies.
  • Accurately process guest orders and payments, ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions.
  • Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or shifts.
  • Keep up to date on beverage menus, promotions, and new drink trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service.
  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:

Education/Formal Training:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
  • Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation software.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
