POSITION: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or PA-C
LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:
• active Kentucky APRN or PA-C license (licensed for adult care, not pediatric-only)
• primary care experience
• familiarity with medication-assisted addiction treatment
• active DEA with x-waiver (or ability to acquire this immediately upon hire)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M.
