Field Engineer - Grading in Blacksburg, South Carolina at Landmark Construction

We are currently seeking Field Engineers to join our ever growing team at Landmark Construction!!! Landmark Construction is seeing unprecedented growth all over the southeast and we want you to be a part of it! We will train you how to read site plans, LSC Basic Orientation Plus (BOP) and any site specific training requirements. 1. Maintain logs and estimates of site specific materials to ensure materials are not over or under ordered
2. Responsible for staff accountability, equipment, and minimizing overall production cost
3. Delegation with Foremen, Superintendents, contractors and vendors

1. Minimum 2 years of construction experience or combination of education and experience is preferred
2. Knowledge of principals, methods and standards of the designated trade’s area
3. Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly employed with the trade
4. Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
5. Performs work in accordance with standards and specifications
