DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
-
Serves as a key member of the Physician Recruitment & Relations team by supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. This position helps create a positive experience for physicians and advanced practice providers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and serves as a relationship resource for employed and affiliated providers.
The Specialist assists with candidate sourcing, marketing, interview coordination, onboarding, provider engagement activities, retention initiatives, and physician relations efforts that support Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers' strategic growth and workforce goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional/Educational
-
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, marketing, human resources, or related field preferred.

Two to five years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician relations, business development, marketing, customer relations, or healthcare operations preferred.

Experience working with physicians, advanced practice providers, or healthcare professionals strongly preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with recruitment databases, CRM systems, or applicant tracking systems preferred.
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
