We are seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to help design, configure, and deliver innovative digital solutions that improve operational efficiency for global customers.

The Digital Solutions Engineer will be responsible for translating customer objectives into effective digital solutions, supporting implementation activities, and ensuring successful adoption. This role requires a balance of technical configuration, customer collaboration, and solution optimization.
- Understand customer goals, operational processes, workflows, challenges, and success criteria to identify effective solution approaches.
- Translate business requirements into solution storyboards, digital workflows, and scalable implementation plans.
- Configure and deploy digital solutions for customer demonstrations, trials, and production environments.
- Support solution implementation activities including testing, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Build customer dashboards and provide actionable operational insights through data analysis.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into recommendations for product improvements and roadmap development.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying opportunities, and enhancing solution performance.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in solution engineering, software implementation, or technical consulting, with the ability to connect business requirements with practical technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in solution engineering, software implementation, technical consulting, or digital solutions.
- Experience configuring and implementing SaaS, workflow, cloud-based, or enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to create process maps, user journeys, solution storyboards, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, SQL, and system integrations.
- Exposure to programming languages and technologies such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
- Experience working with dashboards, analytics platforms, or data visualization tools such as Amazon QuickSight is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- Comfortable working UK/European business hours when required.
