Engle Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated Implant Associate Dentist who is passionate about comprehensive patient care, surgical excellence, and continual professional growth.
Position Overview
The Implant Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive implant and restorative care while working closely with our surgical and restorative teams to develop individualized treatment plans that deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to perform implant surgery, implant restorations, extractions, bone grafting, and full-mouth rehabilitation while collaborating alongside experienced specialists and an accomplished interdisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine passion for helping patients regain their health, confidence, and quality of life through implant dentistry.

Responsibilities
The Implant Associate Dentist will perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide implant-focused dental care in accordance with evidence-based clinical standards. Responsibilities include surgical implant placement, implant restorations, extractions, bone preservation procedures, and comprehensive restorative treatment. Candidates with experience in guided surgery, full-arch rehabilitation, All-on-X treatment, and digital workflows are strongly encouraged to apply.
The associate will collaborate closely with our periodontal, restorative, laboratory, hygiene, and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient outcomes. Building trust with patients through education, compassionate care, and clear communication is an essential part of this role.
The successful candidate will also participate in continuing education, embrace new technology and treatment protocols, and contribute to the collaborative culture that defines Engle Dentistry.
Requirements:Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active Florida dental license.
The ideal candidate has advanced training or significant experience in implant dentistry and is comfortable performing implant placement and restoration. Experience with full-arch implant rehabilitation, digital treatment planning, guided implant surgery, bone grafting, and IV sedation is highly desirable.
