At LRS Architects, our Multi-Family Studio is growing, and we're looking for talented professionals at multiple career levels—from Designers to Design Coordinators to Design Leads—to help create housing that strengthens neighborhoods and enhances everyday living.
You'll work alongside architects, interior designers, project leaders, and consultants to design thoughtful, high-quality multifamily communities that balance creativity, functionality, sustainability, and long-term value. Our projects range from market-rate and affordable housing to mixed-use developments and complex urban infill projects throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Whether you're building your technical expertise, coordinating increasingly complex projects, or leading design teams, you'll find opportunities to grow within a collaborative, people-first firm that values mentorship, innovation, and professional development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Depending on your experience and career level, you'll have opportunities to:
- Contribute to the planning, design, and technical development of multifamily housing projects from concept through construction.
- Produce and coordinate Revit models, construction documents, detailing, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Coordinate technical information across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines.
- Support project delivery through all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
- Participate in client meetings, consultant coordination, and project presentations as your experience grows.
- Apply firm BIM standards, quality assurance processes, and project delivery best practices.
- Mentor junior staff and help guide project teams (Design Lead candidates).
- Continue developing your technical, leadership, and professional skills through mentorship and hands-on project experience.
WHAT WE OFFER:
We believe that people do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. At LRS, you'll find:
- Hybrid flexibility: Work where you thrive - with a mix of remote and in-office options
- Competitive compensation with annual reviews and advancement opportunities
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans
- 401(k) with employer match to support your financial future
- Generous paid time off and 7+ paid holidays annually
- Support for licensure, certification, and continuing education to help you grow
- Collaborative, inclusive culture that values mentorship, balance, and equity
- A meaningful role in a majority women-owned, JUST-labeled, and Top Workplace-recognized firm.
