PRACTICE MANAGER in Concord, Massachusetts at Emerson Hospital

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations and collaborating closely with the Concussion Center Medical Director, the Practice Manager oversees daily support operations for the Cantu Concussion Center and Outpatient Rehabilitation department. This role ensures efficient workflows and positive patient experience while managing staffing, compliance, patient access, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and support team supervision. The Practice Manager fosters teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • • 2-5 years of work experience, with staff management responsibility, in a healthcare setting preferred.
