The Content Writer will be responsible for developing strategic, optimized, and engaging digital content across various client initiatives. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content strategies to changing search and technology landscapes.

• Create a wide range of digital content, including articles, video scripts, infographic copy, optimization briefs, and other written assets.
• Develop content that balances audience engagement, search performance, AI-driven discovery, and brand objectives.
• Optimize existing client content to improve relevance, authority, and overall performance.
• Conduct research and create detailed content briefs to guide new content development.
• Apply SEO best practices, keyword research insights, and emerging AIO strategies to improve content visibility.
• Collaborate closely with editors, writers, strategists, and project managers in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Contribute to editorial guidelines, content playbooks, and best practices for client engagements.
• Research industry trends and provide insights for articles, thought leadership pieces, and internal discussions.
• Follow human-in-the-loop content creation approaches by combining AI-enabled workflows with strong editorial judgment.
• Ensure all content meets quality standards through careful editing, fact-checking, and attention to grammar.

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital writer who understands modern content strategy, SEO principles, and the evolving role of AI in content creation.

• 5–7 years of hands-on digital writing experience.
• Strong experience creating clear, engaging, and well-researched content across multiple formats.
• Knowledge of reporting, research methodologies, and fact-checking best practices.
• Experience with SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and search-focused writing strategies.
• Understanding of AI optimization (AIO) concepts and interest in emerging content discovery technologies.
• Comfortable working with human-in-the-loop AI content workflows and adapting processes as technology evolves.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong grammar and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong storytelling abilities with flexibility across formats, from long-form features to short-form content.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience writing about technology, finance, or other complex industries is preferred.
• Ability to work U.S. East Coast hours, with availability between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.

• Annual salary range of $70,000–$79,000.
