At Vida-Flo, our Wellness Consultants are at the heart of the client experience. From the moment a guest walks through the door to the moment they leave, you’re helping them feel welcomed, cared for, and confident in their wellness journey.

We’re looking for an energetic, personable, and relationship-driven Wellness Consultant who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and is motivated by growth, sales, and results.

You’ll get to know our clients, understand what brought them in, educate them on our services, and help them discover ways Vida-Flo can support their ongoing wellness goals. You should be comfortable starting conversations, asking thoughtful questions, making recommendations, and confidently talking about memberships and services when they’re a good fit.

• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and learn what brings them to Vida-Flo.
• Listen to client needs and educate them on our services, memberships, and wellness offerings.
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Confidently introduce and sell memberships and additional services.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to turn conversations and leads into appointments and memberships.
• Help drive clinic goals around membership growth, revenue, retention, and overall performance.
• Work closely with our clinical team to create a seamless experience from check-in through checkout.
• Manage scheduling, checkout, memberships, payments, and other front-of-clinic responsibilities accurately.
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, polished, and inviting.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, role-playing, and ongoing professional development.
• Bring positive energy, accountability, and a team-first attitude every day.

This role is about much more than answering phones and checking clients in.

Experience in hospitality, retail, membership sales, fitness, wellness, aesthetics, customer experience, or another relationship-driven sales environment is a plus.

Starting at $18/hour + performance incentives
