- Own functional interface design across file-based batch integrations, APIs, IDocs, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and MuleSoft message flows.
- Develop Functional Unit Test (FUT) scripts with detailed scenarios, expected results, and traceability to functional designs.
- Execute and support FUT, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), investigating and resolving functional defects, data issues, and integration failures.
- Validate end-to-end warehouse processes on RF and mobile devices, including putaway, picking, packing, goods issue, physical inventory, and stock transfers.
- Support technical teams in translating functional requirements into specifications for ABAP developments, CDS views, OData services, and other enhancements.
- Define functional requirements for warehouse master data and inventory migration, supporting stock conversion, Migration Cockpit or LSMW activities, and reconciliation procedures.
- Participate in cutover planning, dress rehearsals, final stock loading, reconciliation, MRP activities, and warehouse operational readiness.
- Provide hypercare support following go-live by monitoring interfaces, resolving functional issues, and supporting business users during stabilization.
- Coordinate offshore and onshore functional, technical, and integration teams while tracking risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery blockers.
- Participate in governance activities, design authority reviews, status reporting, issue resolution meetings, and other program forums.
