  • Deep expertise in the AI industry and established credibility with frontier AI research, product, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven experience selling directly into frontier AI labs is essential, with a demonstrated history of winning and expanding strategic accounts.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, particularly across AI Research, Product, Technical Program Management, and other technical functions.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML trends and concepts, including reinforcement learning from human feedback, user-in-the-loop evaluation, and human-centered product design.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multi-threaded enterprise deals involving product leaders, researchers, research operations, legal and procurement teams, and technical buyers.
  • Excellent discovery, qualification, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, combined with a consultative and value-based sales approach.
  • Ability to earn trust and credibility with highly technical AI pioneers while translating complex customer needs into compelling business solutions.
  • High empathy, accountability, curiosity, and resilience, with a strong ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Experience working directly with AI researchers or selling solutions to frontier AI organizations is highly relevant and expected.
