Service Coodinator in Houston, Texas at Roessler Equipment Company Inc.

Job Duties:

Schedule and coordinate service appointments with Service Technicians

Learn the dispatch system that is integrated with CRM

Monitor customer service inquiries and respond in a timely manner

Provide cusotmer serivce support and problem resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Develop and maintain relationships with customers

*Successful candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a high-paced environment. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively. HVAC experience is required. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Sign-on bonus is available.
