WHO WE NEED: As a Product Operations Analyst I, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency, alignment, and scalability of product teams. Product Operations Analysts support decision-making by streamlining workflows, improving visibility into product initiatives, and ensuring teams have the structure and support they need to execute effectively. This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.

WHO WE NEED: As a Product Operations Analyst I, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency, alignment, and scalability of product teams. Product Operations Analysts support decision-making by streamlining workflows, improving visibility into product initiatives, and ensuring teams have the structure and support they need to execute effectively. This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or 0-1 years experience in Product Operations or related fields.
- Demonstrates foundational analysis and project management skills.
- Minimal to no prior knowledge of Product Management Tools, Product Operations, or business operations needed.
- Ability to contribute to internal process reviews and simple project tasks under direction.
- Ability to assist in data collection, research, and documentation to support internal operational workflows.
- Ability to use existing tools/systems to maintain documentation and track project deliverables.
- Ability to recognize and escalate blockers in tools or processes.
- Ability to look for opportunities to improve documentation or workflows with guidance.
- Ability to understand how day-to-day work supports broader team goals.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), documentation tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence).
- Ability to support internal feedback loops by collecting and analyzing trends.
- Ability to keep internal team documentation up to date.
- Ability to deliver visual and document-based results for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to receive mentorship and incorporate feedback into execution.
- Ability to execute assigned projects with weekly check-ins.
- Ability to operate with direct oversight from a more senior Product Operations Analyst.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), documentation
- tools (e.g., Google Docs, Confluence).
- Familiarity with: Basic analytics platforms (Pendo, PowerBI)
- Familiarity with: Using AI to improve productivity and decision quality by refining prompts, synthesizing information, identifying risks or gaps, and integrating AI outputs into standard workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience with B2B and SaaS software
- Experience in Agile Product Managements
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the evolution of our tools and systems to boost team efficiency and promote consistent practice across teams.
- Enable the success of the Product team by ensuring they have what they need to operate effectively.
- Help the organization scale effectively by implementing and managing change across systems, tools, and processes.
Travel Requirements:
- <10% Travel may be required
