Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate
with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau,
Power BI)
* Solid understanding of business process modeling techniques and methodologies
* Familiarity with project management principles and practices
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Strong presentation skills to convey complex information in a clear and
concise manner
* Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
* Previous experience in business analysis or related roles is a plus
