Requirements: MUST have a minimum of 4+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment (preferably Wendy's or a similar QSR environment) Strong understanding of food ordering systems and P&L management Proven ability to manage teams, schedule shifts, and train and develop staff Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for leading by example Highly motivated with a drive to help our restaurant thrive Ability to foster a team-oriented culture and support staff growth Golden Eagle Foods is a people driven organization built on growth, teamwork, and strong leadership.
