We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional healthcare family in both full-time and part-time capacities.
As an LPN, you will deliver high-quality direct resident care, manage medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to maximize our residents' quality of life. You will also provide vital day-to-day support and clinical guidance to the nursing assistant team to ensure a premium standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
• Clinical Care: Safely administer prescribed medications, injections, and medical treatments.
• Assessments & Documentation: Complete precise clinical documentation, evaluate resident health, and coordinate ongoing care.
• Monitoring: Track vital signs, pain metrics, and nutritional/fluid intake and output.
• Skin & Wound Care: Manage basic wound care, dressing changes, and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Team Leadership: Provide helpful clinical guidance, support, and daily oversight to CNAs during shifts.
• Admissions & Care Plans: Assist with resident admission intake and rigorously follow established care plans.
