The team at Dentistry 390 located in London, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

• 36 hours per week
• Mon/Tues 8am - 5pm, Wed 8am - 6pm, Thurs 8am - 8pm ( 1 hour lunch )

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
• Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
