Banquet Bartender in Hamburg, New Jersey at CS RESORT MANAGER

Crystal Springs Resort is seeking Banquet Bartenders to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service at our premier events and functions.

• Mix and serve cocktails and beverages for banquets, weddings, and special events
• Operate bar equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Complete daily bar setup and closing checklists; document and report any discrepancies to Food & Beverage management
• Communicate equipment, maintenance, and sanitation issues to the Food & Beverage Director in a timely manner
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of all bar equipment and supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout all events
• Follow all company safety procedures, including accident and injury reporting protocols
• Comply with all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Arrive on time and in proper uniform for all scheduled shifts
• Accurately clock in and out per company policy

• Prior bartending experience required, banquet or high-volume event experience preferred
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills with guests, coworkers, and management
• Familiarity with Micros POS system is a plus
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability required
• Strong professionalism and guest-focused attitude
