Qualifications:

• A current Apprentice Plumbing License.Good communicationand interpersonal skills
• Drug-free, clean driving record valid driver’s license
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment, and/or willingness to learn (i.e.pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• Ability to lift 80lbs plus.
• Desire to help People by Installing, Repairing, and Maintaining their plumbing systems
• Must be able to be flexible, must be able to take direction, and work with a team
• Motivated and driven to ensure excellence.
• Assist/train with service/repair calls as directed by Dispatch and Management
• A timelyresponse to assigned calls is expected.
• Professional interaction with customers, including thefollowing ofcompany policiesregardingcleanliness of homes/facilities/work order procedures.
• Adherence to company policiesregardingcommunication with Dispatch and officeregardingstatus of jobs, unplanned job difficulties, etc. 
• Customer work orders and invoices must besubmittedto the Office in a complete andtimelymanner, as defined by the applicable policies and procedures in place. Late submissions of invoices may result in disciplinary action. 
• Assist Technicians to keep trucksmaintainedin an orderly and efficient manner, including the performance of maintenance tracking in conformity with warranty and company standards. 
• Assist in keeping trucks stocked with parts in accordance with company standards, and parts are not to be taken for personal use without the permission of Management.
