How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist lead plumbers with rough-in, top-out, and trim phase plumbing installations.

• Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites.

• Translate and communicate between field crews and management when needed.

• Assist with material handling, tool organization, and general construction tasks.

• Support project completion by assisting with punch-list items and miscellaneous field responsibilities.

• Learn construction plumbing systems, installation methods, and jobsite procedures from experienced plumbers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1.5 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing trade.

• Proven fluency in both English and Spanish for professional on-site communication.

• Active Apprentice License and a clean driving record for site-to-site travel.

• Demonstrated ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Completion of a formal trade program or technical certification in plumbing.

• Two or more years of experience in custom residential or commercial new construction.

• Familiarity with plumbing tools, materials, and jobsite safety procedures.

• Experience working on residential or commercial construction sites.

• Interest in growing long term within the plumbing trade.

• Experience using mobile apps or software for field communication and project updates.
