Job Description
Campus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Digital Delivery Systems Analyst to join our team! The primary purpose of this position is to assist Campus Federal in our Mission, to enhance the lives of our members and the communities we serve. This is accomplished by providing excellent service to members and to team members.
This position implements, manages and supports the credit union's Intranet and member-facing digital systems. This position is a pivotal bridge between member experience technology solutions and business operations, ensuring that the credit union's digital services align with strategic business goals and provide an optimal, secure, and available experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- · Responsible for a thorough understanding of the credit union's digital services and providing basic support to all users.
- · Gather detailed information related to digital service issues.
- · Execute assigned tasks within the implementation of new digital services and enhancements under supervision.
- · Resolve common digital service issues and escalating more complex problems to higher levels. Document resolutions and common issues encountered.
- · Assist with collecting and organizing data related to digital service performance.
- · Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and information sharing.
- · Assist with communication with vendors as directed, such as scheduling or relaying information.
- · Assist with updating existing documentation for digital services, policies, and procedures. Help maintain digital services information on the credit union's Intranet.
- · Assist in delivering basic communications for digital services. Help support the training of staff on digital services through various methods.
- · Follow established security protocols and assist with basic security measures under guidance.
- · Perform other related administrative or support tasks as requested to assist the Digital Delivery team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of experience in the technology field
- CMS/WordPress administration/management
- Light web development using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- Database investigation using phpMyAdmin
Schedule
40 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 6pm. In case of a service down emergency, team members must be willing to work during non-business hours and days. These hours are subject to change and will be dictated by the need to support Campus Federal’s digital services.
