Hours - 1st Shift - Starting time is at 8am weekdays, and 9am on weekends.

Duties & Responsibilities
Operate commercial washers, and dryers to clean linens, towels, and uniforms.
Inspect items for stains, tears, or wear, and treat or report them as needed.
Fold, stack, and store clean items in an organized manner for easy access by the housekeeping team.
Perform a variety of houseman duties such as stripping linens, along with sweeping, mopping, dusting and emptying trash if necessary
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry area, following all hotel and safety guidelines.

Notify superiors of any damage, deficits, and disturbances.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Make up beds and change linens if needed

Experience, Skills, and Education
Proven experience as a laundry attendant, professional cleaner or housekeeper (recommended but not needed)
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel. stoop and bend.
Customer-oriented and friendly.
Prioritization and time management skills.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Knowledge of English language.
High school degree preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
