Job Description

About Omninet Capital LLC

Omninet Capital is a vertically integrated private real estate investment and property management firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. Founded and led by its principals, the firm owns and operates a diversified portfolio of multifamily and commercial assets across the United States, with approximately 300 professionals managing the platform end-to-end — from acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management to property operations, construction, accounting, legal, and technology.

Our edge is operational. Because we underwrite, close, and operate our own assets, every member of the acquisitions team works alongside the people ultimately responsible for executing the business plan. We combine institutional rigor with the speed and conviction of a principal investor, while increasingly leveraging AI and automation to accelerate underwriting, sharpen decision-making, and uncover opportunities others miss.

Job Summary

Omninet Capital is a Beverly Hills–based owner-operator of multifamily and commercial real estate with a national portfolio. We are seeking an experienced, highly trustworthy Senior Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of the company's Principals. This position is approximately 80% bookkeeping and accounting support and 20% executive support.

The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting background, exceptional attention to detail, and the judgment required to handle highly confidential financial, business, and personal information. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, stays organized across competing priorities, and brings a consistently positive, solutions-oriented approach to everything they do.

This is an on-site role based in our Beverly Hills office.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Accounting — Approximately 80%

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for personal, investment, and related business accounts.
  • Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and consistently.
  • Manage accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, coordinating approvals, and processing payments.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, investment, and other financial accounts on a monthly cycle.
  • Maintain accurate general ledgers and supporting documentation.
  • Track expenses, reimbursements, deposits, and cash activity, including proper allocation of costs across entities and accounts.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, account summaries, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and variance reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal accounting teams, external accountants, tax professionals, financial advisors, and other service providers.
  • Organize and maintain records needed for tax preparation, investments, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Identify discrepancies, research issues, and ensure outstanding items are resolved promptly and escalated when appropriate.
  • Maintain highly organized and secure electronic and physical financial records consistent with company data-security and retention standards.

Executive & Administrative Support — Approximately 20%

  • Provide responsive administrative and executive support to the Principal.
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, correspondence, and travel coordination.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, recordkeeping, and special projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, advisors, business partners, and other professional contacts.
  • Track follow-up items and ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative and occasional personal requests on behalf of the Principal with professionalism, discretion, and flexibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive financial, business, and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage changing priorities.
  • Professional and polished, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, service-oriented, and willing to assist beyond core bookkeeping responsibilities when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting a Principal, executive, family office, investment office, or high-net-worth individual.
  • Experience in real estate, investment management, or a multi-entity environment.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • On-site position based in Beverly Hills, California; standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional local travel or off-site errands may be required; a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
