Lease Administration Supervisor

What to expect in this role on a given day:

After a training period, this person will supervise 3 to 5 employees within the Lease Administration department. Daily tasks include:

• Daily review of administrator work, which includes data entry, purchase orders, legal documents and check requests.
• Actively managing a few accounts/transactions with customer, vendors and CSI Sales Representatives interactions.
• Review of Certificate of Acceptance.
• Communications with various departments inside CSI and all levels of Management.
• Communications with CSI customers and vendors.

You will be a good fit for this position if you have:

• Two to three years prior supervisory experience in a detailed oriented environment (data entry, deadlines, performance guidance and reviews, having dealt with challenging employees)
• Intermediate knowledge of excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
