- Build new pages and landing pages using existing templates, components, and brand standards.
- Maintain consistent branding, formatting, navigation, and user experience across websites.
- Manage WordPress plugins, themes, templates, and routine CMS configuration.
- Perform routine website maintenance and identify outdated or broken content.
- Troubleshoot common website issues involving layouts, plugins, forms, links, images, mobile responsiveness, and CMS functionality.
- Coordinate website changes requested by Marketing, Operations, IT, and business leadership.
- Optimize images and page content for web performance.
- Apply basic SEO best practices, including page titles, metadata, headings, image alt text, and URL structure.
- Test website changes across desktop and mobile devices before publication.
- Maintain website forms and ensure submissions are routed appropriately.
- Assist with website analytics, tracking tags, and integrations when needed.
- Work with IT and third-party developers when an issue requires development beyond normal CMS administration.
- Maintain documentation for websites, plugins, integrations, credentials/processes, and recurring administrative tasks.
- Follow organizational cybersecurity and change-management practices when administering websites.
- Other duties as assigned.
