Job Description
Dueall Construction is a large-scale exterior restoration general contractor serving multi-story residential communities throughout Florida — stucco, waterproofing (WRB) systems, structural repairs, sealants, and painting. We're in a period of rapid growth, and we're building our Operations team to match, with real, defined career paths for people who want to grow with us.
No construction background required — just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the job from the ground up. This is the entry point into Dueall's Operations Department, with two clear career paths waiting on the other side.
- Support the Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent with the day-to-day logistics that keep crews working — running, fetching, checking, and organizing.
- Receive and verify material deliveries against the purchase order and approved submittal; stage material to the work face ahead of the daily plan.
- Protect stored material — covered, secured, and elevated — checked every day, and account for surplus, returns, and shortages.
- Distribute current drawing sets to the crews and pull superseded sheets from the field.
- Complete the Procore Daily Log and upload progress photos for your assigned areas every day.
- Track punch list items through correction and closeout in Procore.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements and speak up on unsafe conditions.
- Build hands-on competency in at least one core trade scope — the most valuable thing you'll take out of this role.
Required:
- Demonstrated reliability and a willingness to do whatever the field team needs on a given day.
- Ability to read a delivery ticket against a purchase order and verify material accurately.
- Ability to read basic construction drawings well enough to identify a building, elevation, area, and scope.
- Forklift or telehandler certification, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for daily logs and photos.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Florida driver's license.
Nice to Have:
- Prior construction material handling, warehouse, or general labor experience.
- Coursework toward a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Exposure to exterior restoration scopes — stucco, framing, siding, waterproofing, or coatings.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Typical time in role: 12–24 months, then you choose your direction.
- Move up to Foreman and run crews (Field track), or move over to Project Engineer and run project documentation (Project track) — both doors are open to every Field Engineer who meets the gate.
- Active construction sites, 8+ hours daily, on uneven terrain.
- Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding to full building height.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing.
- Year-round exposure to Florida outdoor conditions — heat, humidity, sun, rain.
- Required PPE worn at all times on site: hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, and work boots.
