Description:

Beacon Community Management is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a condominium community located in Atlanta, GA. This position will work closely with the Community Manager, Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and other members of the management team to help ensure the community is well maintained and that resident needs are handled promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in community association, condominium, property, or residential management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where organization, communication, and customer service are important.

Job Requirements

  • Assist the Community Manager with the daily management and operations of the condominium community.
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents, homeowners, vendors, and other community stakeholders.
  • Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with coordinating vendors, contractors, maintenance requests, and community projects.
  • Support the Community Manager with inspections, property walks, and follow-up on community maintenance needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, correspondence, records, reports, and other community documentation.
  • Help monitor and follow up on homeowner requests, violations, and community-related issues as needed.
  • Assist with preparation for Board meetings and other community meetings.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of community policies, procedures, and governing documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional relationship with residents and the Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager and Beacon's support teams to ensure issues are communicated and resolved effectively.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the successful operation of the community.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in condominium, HOA, COA, property management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work effectively with residents, Board members, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Community association management experience or a Georgia CAM license is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
