Translate defined project scope into clear, enforceable SOWs aligned to operational and contractual requirements

Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks in coordination with Legal, Risk, and GRC stakeholders
Execute all activities in alignment with procurement governance standards; final contract approval and risk acceptance resides with Procurement Governance
Prepare and route agreements through internal approval workflows (e.g., DocuSign) in accordance with governance control requirements
Partner with Construction and Preconstruction teams to support vendor evaluation, proposal analysis, and commercial decision-making
Provide commercial guidance during vendor engagement and proposal review; site teams retain ownership of scope development and vendor selection inputs
Ensure adherence to procurement templates, standards, and contracting frameworks; document and escalate deviations for visibility and approval

Support contract lifecycle activities through execution readiness, ensuring alignment with internal systems and documentation standards
