Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions and support.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and employment documentation.
- Support associate training and development programs, including training administration and compliance tracking.
- Assist with employee recognition, engagement initiatives, and company-sponsored events.
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and various HR programs and systems.
- Create and distribute HR communications, newsletters, announcements, and organizational updates.
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and documentation while ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Perform a variety of HR administrative and clerical functions to support daily department operations.
- Assist with safety-related initiatives, training communications, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with HR team members on special projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Build positive relationships with associates, managers, and stakeholders while fostering a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Provide backup support across HR functions and contribute to the successful delivery of HR services and programs.
Certifications and/or Licenses:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma; or
- Two years of related experience and training, or
- Equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience in a multi-location, multi-state environment desired.
