The Briarwood Community is seeking a full-time Concierge who is warm, organized, and passionate about creating an outstanding experience for our residents, families, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do
As our Concierge, you'll serve as the communication hub of our community, helping residents, guests, and staff while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome residents, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information in person, by phone, and by email.
- Respond to questions regarding community calendars, events, and communications.
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Manage reservations for community spaces and maintain Outlook calendars.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain resident directories and communication lists.
- Support organization-wide communications through DialMyCalls.
- Submit maintenance requests and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate flower orders and maintain related records.
- Manage office supplies, copier accounts, service requests, and inventory.
- Assist with ordering business cards, signage, marketing materials, and other branded materials.
- Provide occasional administrative support to Sales & Marketing.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, and recordkeeping.
- Perform other duties that support our residents and team.

- Has strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Is comfortable using office equipment such as multi-line phones, copiers, and printers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift to 20 pounds.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment with frequent interaction with residents, visitors, families, and staff.
