Job Description
Specialty: Family Nurse Practitioner
Work Setting: Clinic
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am 5pm. Clinic is closed for lunch
Patient Mix: All ages (80 % adults)
Patient Volume: Approximately 12 per day
Specialties and Staff on Site: BH, Dental, Lab is offsite
Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
Licensure: CA license and DEA required
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
Life Support Certifications: BLS, PALS
