We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility maintenance team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate building systems to determine necessary maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison with brand partners to ensure compliance with evolving brand standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the maintenance department, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking or work order systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including hiring, training, and performance oversight.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
