This is an opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized Technical and Engineering teams within a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure organization. You will work directly with hiring managers and leadership to define talent needs, build targeted recruiting strategies, and identify exceptional candidates. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and closing. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly and recruiting needs evolve continuously. Your work will directly influence the teams being built and the organization’s ability to scale. Success in this role requires urgency, sound judgment, creativity, and a consistently high bar for talent and candidate experience.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Engineering positions, managing sourcing, outreach, interviews, feedback coordination, and offer closing.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs, clarify requirements, and develop focused recruiting strategies.
- Create clear, compelling job descriptions and talent messaging designed to attract highly qualified technical professionals.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for passive candidates through technical communities, professional networks, industry channels, and data-driven search techniques.
- Deliver a responsive, professional, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Effectively communicate the organization’s mission, culture, opportunities, and working environment to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and hiring metrics within Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms.
- Analyze recruiting data to identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, hiring speed, candidate quality, and overall process efficiency.
- Identify recruiting process gaps and implement practical improvements as the organization continues to scale.
- Operate with strong ownership by raising risks early, communicating directly, documenting decisions, and adapting recruiting strategies as priorities change.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for Technical and Engineering roles, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing and engaging passive technical talent through creative and targeted recruiting approaches.
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting practices and the ability to evaluate talent against specialized role requirements.
- Ability to balance urgency and speed with a consistently high standard for candidate quality and hiring outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers, leaders, and candidates.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and confidence operating with incomplete information and changing priorities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting technologies; Greenhouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
