This is a high-ownership opportunity for a finance professional working across M&A, transaction execution, and strategic analysis.
You will work directly with senior leadership in a boutique advisory environment where your contributions can have an immediate impact.
The role combines financial modeling, valuation, market research, business development, and client-facing deliverables.
You will turn complex financial and market information into clear models, presentations, reports, and actionable insights.
The position offers significant autonomy, requiring strong judgment, curiosity, and the ability to manage priorities independently.
You will also contribute to business development initiatives and participate in discussions with clients throughout projects.

• Build and maintain financial models covering valuation, transaction analysis, scenarios, and other M&A-related assessments.
• Prepare polished, client-ready presentations, pitch materials, and analytical content using PowerPoint.
• Draft reports, investment or transaction memos, research summaries, and analytical commentary.
• Conduct market and industry research to support strategic recommendations and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to white papers, branding initiatives, and other materials designed to strengthen business development efforts.
• Participate in project update discussions with clients and help communicate analytical findings clearly and professionally.
• Work closely with senior leadership on transaction execution and strategic projects, taking ownership of assigned deliverables from start to finish.
• Identify relevant insights and opportunities through financial, market, and strategic analysis.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in M&A, transaction advisory, valuation, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a closely related field.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to independently build and work with sophisticated financial models.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities, with a keen eye for clear and professional visual communication.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and transaction-related concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into concise, compelling outputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a high-accountability environment.
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and contributing to client discussions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple analytical and transaction-related deliverables.
