  • Guide upper-funnel campaign strategy and use Brand Lift Studies and other measurement approaches to inform optimization and future planning.
  • Establish clear career paths, development objectives, and succession plans while helping team members progress into more senior roles.
  • Partner across disciplines to strengthen integrated client strategies and ensure paid social recommendations contribute to broader business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of paid social experience, including at least 4 years in a client-facing media, advertising, or marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing at least two direct reports or team members, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent toward more senior responsibilities.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and the ability to communicate paid social objectives, performance targets, and direct-response strategies effectively to clients.
  • Strong understanding of both strategic and tactical paid social campaign management, with the ability to work at a detailed execution level when required.
  • Demonstrated experience developing upper-funnel campaign strategies and implementing or interpreting Brand Lift Studies to guide optimization and future planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to audit campaign performance, interpret media data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable client recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present complex strategies and insights to senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of execution.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to experiment, challenge assumptions, and identify new opportunities for client growth.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary of $96,000–$120,000 USD for U.S. remote employees, depending on experience, expertise, location, and organizational impact.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
