Job Description
The Legal Recruiting Associate Administrator will join a supportive and collaborative Legal Recruiting team in Sidleys New York office. The associate administrator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Legal Recruiting Manager with the planning and execution of the summer associate program and executing the firms 1L, 2L and 3L recruiting strategies, including law school engagement initiatives for the New York office.
Provide general support to the Senior Legal Recruiting Manager
Assist in coordinating and planning all aspects of the summer associate program (events, trainings, work assignments, reviews etc.)
Help maintain accurate records for the summer program
Assist with summer associate onboarding and orientation as necessary
Attend summer associate program events as required
Coordinate summer associate mid- and end-of-summer reviews
Coordinate 1L events and sponsorship opportunities as needed
Serve as a firm ambassador
Coordinate 1L and 2L recruiting materials and processing of applications and callback decisions
Schedule a portion of law student callback interviews as needed
Coordinate hiring meeting materials and assists with follow up efforts
Maintain LawCruit database with accurate and complete records
Assist with Fall Associate onboarding and orientation as necessary
Conduct office tours for candidates, summer associates and fall associates
Must be willing to work overtime as requested, especially during the busy recruiting season and summer program
Work collaboratively and across the team and other departments of the firm
Perform other duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates
Education and/or Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Three years of legal recruiting experience
Possesses superior organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines; excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and be proactive
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
Law firm or professional services experience

The target salary range for this role is:
$68,300 - $87,000 if located in New YorkSalaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
