The position involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, from editorial calendars and campaign development to influencer coordination and content validation. You will collaborate closely with creative, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong campaign impact. • Develop and implement social media content calendars and overarching content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Create, structure, and write briefs, copies, and scripts that guide creative teams with clarity and inspiration.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable content directions for design, copy, and production teams.
• Monitor social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and X to identify trends, cultural moments, and real-time content opportunities.
• Review and ensure quality control of all content, including grammar, tone of voice, and brand alignment.
• Map, select, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with brand positioning.
• Oversee the full influencer journey, from briefing and approval to posting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality campaign delivery.

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong copywriting skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear, structured creative briefs.
• Experience managing influencers, including sourcing, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of digital culture, internet trends, and pop culture dynamics.
