This role is designed for a performance-driven digital advertising expert who thrives in hands-on campaign execution and optimization across multiple paid media platforms. You will be responsible for managing and scaling high-impact campaigns across search, social, display, video, and emerging channels such as CTV. The position requires a strong focus on measurable outcomes, with direct accountability for improving performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. You will work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment aligned with U.S. business hours, collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and marketing stakeholders. - Own, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and CTV/display networks, ensuring accurate execution and performance alignment.
- Plan and optimize campaigns across search, social, video, display, native, and retargeting channels with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and continuously optimize bids, budgets, targeting, audiences, creatives, and placements.
- Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform analytics to identify scaling opportunities and performance gaps.
- Build dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio and related tools, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure optimal spend allocation and campaign profitability.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align execution with broader growth objectives.
- Conduct ongoing testing of new strategies, ad formats, targeting approaches, and optimization frameworks to improve performance.
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency across multiple accounts.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing across multiple advertising platforms.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, video, native, and CTV advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and data reporting tools.
- Excellent ability to manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and campaign performance optimization using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven experience working independently in remote, fast-paced, execution-heavy environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, programmatic buying, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization is a plus.
- Strong execution mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement.
