Magnolia Heating and Cooling is seeking experienced Plumbing Service Technicians to join our Residential Service Department. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing a variety of standard to moderately complex plumbing tasks related to installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing systems. Candidates must possess strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while working in customers’ homes.
A $5,000 signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve residential plumbing emergencies.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing malfunctions, interruptions, and system failures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and quality workmanship practices.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience.
- State-issued Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license required.
