This role offers the opportunity to serve as the day-to-day technical solution owner for enterprise SaaS implementations.
You will work directly with clients to translate business objectives into clear, implementation-ready technical solutions.
The position sits at the intersection of technical analysis, solution design, client consulting, and software delivery.
You will collaborate closely with project leaders, architects, business analysts, and engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Your work will span APIs, data mappings, validation rules, business processes, technical documentation, and requirements decomposition.
The role provides significant ownership and client exposure while offering a strong pathway toward a future Solution Architect position.

- Serve as the primary day-to-day technical leader for an assigned enterprise client implementation, maintaining close ownership of the technical solution throughout delivery.
- Facilitate technical discovery sessions and solution design workshops with client business, technical, architecture, and program stakeholders.
- Partner with client architects, business analysts, and technology teams to define practical implementation approaches and resolve technical requirements.
- Translate business requirements into implementation-ready user stories, ensuring engineering teams have clear and actionable specifications.
- Review and approve agile stories prepared by Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Define API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, business processes, and other solution components required for successful implementation.
- Identify technical risks, assumptions, dependencies, and potential delivery issues early and work proactively to address them.
- Produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive solution documentation and implementation guidance.
- Partner closely with the Project Delivery Lead to maintain solution readiness and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support engineering teams by clarifying functional and technical requirements and resolving implementation questions.
- Escalate complex architectural decisions to Senior Architects while independently managing day-to-day technical solution definition.
- Apply established solution design standards and collaborate with architects to leverage proven patterns and reusable approaches.
- Use AI-assisted tools to improve documentation, requirements decomposition, solution quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute lessons learned, best practices, and reusable delivery assets to strengthen future implementations.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a reliable technical partner throughout the engagement.
- 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, solution architecture, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms and complex software implementation environments.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical, implementation-ready technical solutions.
- Experience facilitating working sessions with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments and with agile requirements practices.
- Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and requirements decomposition capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant education.
- Experience in the life and annuity insurance industry is preferred.
- Background in fintech, insurtech, technology consulting, insurance carriers, or financial services is an advantage.
- Familiarity with policy administration systems, identity providers, data middleware, and digital servicing portals is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to improve solution design, documentation, analysis, or delivery processes is desirable.
- Ability to travel to the United States and visit clients in person approximately once per quarter.
